Re: Message about a banning? IF IT WAS YOU PLEASE LET US KNOW!

Best I ever had was 10k active any given time (probably a few million overall but it was tied into a game -- I would speculate 100k even knew the forum existed at all), this was 2011 and it was brutal. Huge props! Recaptcha sounds like not a bad idea... I'll bring that up with Kenny66 to see what he...

Yup, I'll occasionally swing by too and see a fresh one that I'll take care of and notice you've gotten a few dozen that I never got the chance to see, but always for spam ;) You really stay on top of it -- thank you! The vast majority of bans on ANY forum are for spam. (( EDIT: if you want an examp...

Re: Read The HVAC Suggest That Should Not Be Missed

See this post? Speaking of "who we ban" here's some Russian asshat that thought he could post something semi-relevant and after getting sufficient posts lost in the mix start posting links. Not even 48 hours later, and here we are. Leaving this up as an example to everyone else of what we take down ...

Message about a banning? IF IT WAS YOU PLEASE LET US KNOW!

Today I got an email that someone was banned, and they provided their IP address. I looked into the matter, and their IP address is not banned on this forum in any capacity, and no IP's anywhere close are banned either, range or otherwise. I replied to them via email and asked for a username if they...

Re: Warming Up Indefinitely

The description sounds to me like either the thermistor or the heater cartridge has failed or had a bad connection. ------- so, I wrote up a diagnostic below, but I just noticed that replacements mean that you pay for the whole assembly and it's $18, you can't just get the heater or just get the the...

Re: Item not staying on Print bed

I normally use 60 C bed heat, 210 C extrusion, just to give an idea of what to expect. You may need to change this if you use glass, but it's rare to see Pro users with glass beds (I've never seen any to put it that way, but won't go so far as to say they don't exist). Glue stick is what I used for ...

Re: Must-have promega idler/gearbox mods!

There is currently a version 2 in the works that helps the manufacturing process go more smoothly (doesn't effect end result I believe), but it's currently held up by robotics season, which is active. This was recently shared on the Discord but I see that info has not migrated here.

Hope that helps!
